فِي الْخِيَارِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي الضُّحَى، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: خَيَّرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَاخْتَرْنَاهُ، فَلَمْ يَعُدَّ ذَلِكَ شَيْئًا .

The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم gave us our choice and we chose him so that was not reckoned anything (i.e., divorce)
