Chapter 13 · Divorce (Kitab Al-Talaq)الْمَبْتُوتَةِ لاَ يَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهَا زَوْجُهَا حَتَّى تَنْكِحَ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: سُئِلَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ يَعْنِي ثَلَاثًا، فَتَزَوَّجَتْ زَوْجًا غَيْرَهُ، فَدَخَلَ بِهَا ثُمَّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يُوَاقِعَهَا، أَتَحِلُّ لِزَوْجِهَا الْأَوَّلِ ؟ قَالَتْ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ حَتَّى تَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَةَ الْآخَرِ وَيَذُوقَ عُسَيْلَتَهَا .

The Thrice Divorced Woman Cannot Return To Her Husband Until She Re-Marries
The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم was asked about a man who divorced his wife three times, and she married another who entered upon her, but divorced her before having intercourse with her, whether she was lawful for the former husband. She said: The Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم replied: She is not lawful for the first (husband) until she tastes the honey of the other husband and he tastes her honey.
