Chapter 15 · Jihad (Kitab Al-Jihad)Daʿif
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ، أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَحْوَ هَذَا قَالَ، بَعْدَ قَوْلِهِ: حَقَّهَا وَلَا تَعْدُوا الْمَنَازِلَ.

A similar tradition has also been narrated by Jabir bin Abdullah رضی اللہ عنہما from the Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم . But this version adds after the phrase “their due” And do not go beyond the destinations.
