Daʿif

Regarding Muslims Wealth That The Enemy Acquires, Then Its Owner Finds In Among The Spoils

A slave of Ibn Umar رضی اللہ عنہما ran away to the enemy, and then the Muslims overpowered them. The Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم returned him to Ibn Umar رضی اللہ عنہما and that was not distributed (as a part of booty). Abu Dawud said: The other narrators said: Khalid bin al-Walid returned him to him (Ibd Umar).
