فِي بَيْعِ الطَّعَامِ قَبْلَ أَنْ يُسْتَوْفَى
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: مَنِ ابْتَاعَ طَعَامًا، فَلَا يَبِعْهُ حَتَّى يَسْتَوْفِيَهُ .
