Sahih

Regarding A Man Who Takes His Right From Something That Is Under His Control

Hind رضی اللہ عنہا , the mother of Muawiyah رضی اللہ عنہ, came to the Messenger of Allah صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم and said: Abu Sufyan is a stingy person. He does not give me as much (money) as suffices me and my children. Is there any harm to me if I take something from his property ? He said: Take as much as suffices you and your children according to the custom.
