Chapter 25 · The Office of the Judge (Kitab Al-Aqdiyah)الْحُكْمِ بَيْنَ أَهْلِ الذِّمَّةِ
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، حَدَّثَنِي عَلِيُّ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ النَّحْوِيِّ، عَنِ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: فَإِنْ جَاءُوكَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ [سورة المائدة آية 42]، فَنُسِخَتْ، قَالَ: فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِمَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ[ سورة المائدة آية 48] .

Judgement between ahl adh-dhimmah
