بَيْعِ الْمَمْلُوكِ إِذَا سَرَقَ
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْمَاعِيل، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِذَا سَرَقَ الْمَمْلُوكُ فَبِعْهُ وَلَوْ بِنَشٍّ .
