Chapter 40 · Prescribed Punishments (Kitab Al-Hudud)فِي الرَّجُلِ يَزْنِي بِحَرِيمِهِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا مُطَرِّفٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الْجَهْمِ، عَنْ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ، قَالَ: بَيْنَا أَنَا أَطُوفُ عَلَى إِبِلٍ لِي ضَلَّتْ إِذْ أَقْبَلَ رَكْبٌ أَوْ فَوَارِسُ مَعَهُمْ لِوَاءٌ، فَجَعَلَ الْأَعْرَابُ يَطِيفُونَ بِي لِمَنْزِلَتِي مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، إِذْ أَتَوْا قُبَّةً فَاسْتَخْرَجُوا مِنْهَا رَجُلًا فَضَرَبُوا عُنُقَهُ، فَسَأَلْتُ عَنْهُ فَذَكَرُوا أَنَّهُ أَعْرَسَ بِامْرَأَةِ أَبِيهِ .

A man who commits zina with a mahram relative
