مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِ الدِّيَةِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، وَأَحْسَبُهُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَا أُعْفِيَ مَنْ قَتَلَ بَعْدَ أَخْذِهِ الدِّيَةَ .
