حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ فِي الدِّيَةِ الْمُغَلَّظَةِ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ سَوَاءً.

It was narrated from Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, from Zaid bin Thabit, concerning killing deliberately with something that is not usually used for killing and he mention similar report (as no. 4554).
