The Diyah Of A Dhimmi
The Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم said: The blood-wit for a man who makes a covenant is half of the blood-wit for a free man. Abu Dawud said: It has been transmitted by Usamah bin Zaid al-Laithi and Abdur-Rahman bin al-Harith on the authority of Amr bin Suhaib in similar manner.
