The Arabic text and the translations come from our previous collection: English from hadithapi.com, German and Turkish machine-translated (Gemini) and unreviewed. A new translation from the Arabic with the chain of narration will follow.

When the prophet صلی ‌اللہ ‌علیہ ‌وسلم recited: “Glorify the name of thy Lord, the Most High. ” He would say: ”Glory be to Allah, the most High”. Abu Dawud said; In this tradition the other narrators have differed from the narrator Wakl. This has been narrated by Wakl, and Shubah from Abu Ishaq, from Sa’ld bin Jubair, from Ibn Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما as his own statement (and not from the Prophet).
