The one in a state of janabah performs ablution and then sleeps
كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا أَرَادَ أَنْ يَنَامَ وَهْوَ جُنُبٌ، غَسَلَ فَرْجَهُ، وَتَوَضَّأَ لِلصَّلاَةِ.

حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ
Translation
Aishah reported: When the Prophet ﷺ wanted to sleep while he was in a state of janabah, he would wash his private parts and perform ablution (wudu) as for the prayer.

Âişe (r.a.) şöyle rivayet etti: Nebî ﷺ cünüp iken uyumak istediğinde avret yerini yıkar ve namaz için aldığı abdest gibi abdest alırdı.
