Chapter 66 · Prophetic Commentary on the Qur'an (Tafseer of the Prophet (PBUH)){فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا}
حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ الأَسْوَدِ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، سَمِعْتُ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم. حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي يُونُسَ، حَاتِمِ بْنِ أَبِي صَغِيرَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ـ رضى الله عنها ـ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم " لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يُحَاسَبُ إِلاَّ هَلَكَ ". قَالَتْ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ جَعَلَنِي اللَّهُ فِدَاءَكَ، أَلَيْسَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ {فَأَمَّا مَنْ أُوتِيَ كِتَابَهُ بِيَمِينِهِ * فَسَوْفَ يُحَاسَبُ حِسَابًا يَسِيرًا}. قَالَ " ذَاكَ الْعَرْضُ يُعْرَضُونَ، وَمَنْ نُوقِشَ الْحِسَابَ هَلَكَ ".

I heard the Prophet ﷺ narrates that she say: Solaiman bin Harb, from Hammad bin Zaid, from Ayyub, from Ibn-e-Abi Molaikah, reports from Hadrat Aishah رضی اللہ عنہا that the Prophet ﷺ said: None is called to account but he gets ruined. She says that she then submitted: O Allah's Apostle! May Allah you! Doesn't Allah sacrifice me over say: Then as to one who is given his record in his right hand. He will soon have an easy reckoning? He said: It is the presentation of the record sheets but whosoever undergoes a cross examination of the deeds will be ruined.
