Chapter 92 · Al-Maharbeenحَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ عُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصَنْ بِنَفْىِ عَامٍ بِإِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ.
