Chapter 14 · The Two Festivals (Eids)الْعَلَمِ الَّذِي بِالْمُصَلَّى
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَابِسٍ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ، قِيلَ لَهُ أَشَهِدْتَ الْعِيدَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ نَعَمْ، وَلَوْلاَ مَكَانِي مِنَ الصِّغَرِ مَا شَهِدْتُهُ، حَتَّى أَتَى الْعَلَمَ الَّذِي عِنْدَ دَارِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ الصَّلْتِ فَصَلَّى ثُمَّ خَطَبَ ثُمَّ أَتَى النِّسَاءَ، وَمَعَهُ بِلاَلٌ، فَوَعَظَهُنَّ وَذَكَّرَهُنَّ، وَأَمَرَهُنَّ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، فَرَأَيْتُهُنَّ يُهْوِينَ بِأَيْدِيهِنَّ يَقْذِفْنَهُ فِي ثَوْبِ بِلاَلٍ، ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ هُوَ وَبِلاَلٌ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ.

The mark of the Musall
whether he had joined the Prophet (ﷺ) in the `Id prayer. He said, "Yes. And I could not have joined him had I not been young. Bilal رضی اللہ عنہ was accompanying him. He preached to them and advised them and ordered them to give alms. I saw the women putting their ornaments with their outstretched hands into Bilal's garment. Then the Prophet (ﷺ) along with Bilal رضی اللہ عنہ returned home.

Sie fragten ihn (Ibn Abbas): 'Hast du das ‘Īd-Gebet mit dem Propheten, Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm, miterlebt?' Er antwortete: 'Ja, und wäre ich nicht so jung gewesen, hätte ich es nicht miterlebt.' (Der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm,) ging, bis er das Zeichen nahe dem Haus von Kathīr ibn As-Ṣalt erreichte. Er verrichtete das Gebet, hielt dann die Predigt und ging danach zu den Frauen. Bilāl war bei ihm. Er ermahnte sie, gab ihnen Ratschläge und befahl ihnen, Almosen zu geben. Ich sah die Frauen, wie sie mit ausgestreckten Händen ihren Schmuck in Bilāls Gewand warfen. Danach gingen er (der Prophet) und Bilāl nach Hause zurück.

Ona (İbn Abbas’a) ‘Resûlullah (s.a.v.) ile bayram namazına katıldın mı?’ diye soruldu. O da şöyle cevap verdi: 'Evet. Yaşça küçük olmasaydım katılmazdım bile.' (Nebî (s.a.v.)) Kesîr b. es-Salt'ın evinin yanındaki işarete gelinceye kadar yürüdü, namazı kıldı, sonra hutbe okudu ve ardından kadınların yanına gitti. Yanında Bilâl de vardı. Onlara vaaz etti, öğütler verdi ve sadaka vermelerini emretti. Kadınların, ellerini uzatarak takılarını Bilâl’in elbisesinin içine attıklarını gördüm. Sonra o (Peygamber) ve Bilâl evlerine geri döndüler.
