Chapter 14 · The Two Festivals (Eids)مَنْ خَالَفَ الطَّرِيقَ إِذَا رَجَعَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو تُمَيْلَةَ، يَحْيَى بْنُ وَاضِحٍ عَنْ فُلَيْحِ بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم إِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ عِيدٍ خَالَفَ الطَّرِيقَ. تَابَعَهُ يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ فُلَيْحٍ. وَحَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ أَصَحُّ.

On the Day of `Id the Prophet (ﷺ) used to return (after offering the `Id prayer) through a way different from that by which he went. Younus bin Muhammad corroborated him from fulaih and jabir's Hadith is more authentic.

Uns berichtete Muhammad, er sagte, uns berichtete Abū Tumaila, Yahyā ibn Wādih, über Fulaih ibn Sulaimān, über Sa'īd ibn al-Hārith, über Jābir, der sagte: Wenn der Prophet (Allahs Segen und Frieden auf ihm) am Tag des 'Īd war, pflegte er den Weg (für die Rückkehr) zu wechseln.
