حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الطَّلْحِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ خِرَاشٍ الْحَوْشَبِيُّ، عَنِ الْعَوَّامِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: لَمَّا أَسْلَمَ عُمَرُ، نَزَلَ جِبْرِيلُ، فَقَالَ: يَا مُحَمَّدُ لَقَدِ اسْتَبْشَرَ أَهْلُ السَّمَاءِ بِإِسْلَامِ عُمَرَ .
