حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الدَّارِمِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ وَاقِدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا طَلَاقَ قَبْلَ نِكَاحٍ وَلَا عِتْقَ قَبْلَ مِلْكٍ .
