Chapter 14 · The Chapter on Business Transactionsالنَّهْىِ عَنْ تَلَقِّي الْجَلَبِ
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا تَلَقَّوْا الْأَجْلَابَ فَمَنْ تَلَقَّى مِنْهُ شَيْئًا، فَاشْتَرَى، فَصَاحِبُهُ بِالْخِيَارِ إِذَا أَتَى السُّوقَ .

Prohibition Of Meeting Traders On The Way
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: Do not meet the traders on the way, and whoever meets any of them and buys from him, the vendor has the choice of annulling the transaction when he comes to the marketplace.''
