Chapter 29 · The Chapter on Hajj Ritualsحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا شَبَابَةُ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرَأَةٍ تُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ أَنْ تُسَافِرَ مَسِيرَةَ يَوْمٍ وَاحِدٍ، لَيْسَ لَهَا ذُو حُرْمَةٍ .

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “It is not permissible for a woman who believes in Allah and the Last Day to travel for more than one day’s distance without a Mahram.”
