Chapter 29 · The Chapter on Hajj Ritualsحَدَّثَنَا بَكْرُ بْنُ خَلَفٍ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاذُ بْنُ هِشَامٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنِ اسْتَطَاعَ مِنْكُمْ أَنْ يَمُوتَ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَلْيَفْعَلْ، فَإِنِّي أَشْهَدُ لِمَنْ مَاتَ بِهَا .

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: ‘Whoever among you can die in Al-Madinah, let him do so, for I will bear witness in favor of those who die there.”
