Chapter 41 · Zuhdحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، وَأَبُو خَالِدٍ الْأَحْمَرُ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: يَوْمَ يَقُومُ النَّاسُ لِرَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ سورة المطففين آية 6، قَالَ: يَقُومُ أَحَدُهُمْ فِي رَشْحِهِ إِلَى أَنْصَافِ أُذُنَيْهِ .

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Umar that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “The Day when (all) mankind will stand before the Lord of all that exists.” [83:6] One of them will stand in his sweat up to halfway up his ears.”
