Chapter 23 · The Book of Transactionsوحَدَّثَنِيهِ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ نَافِعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، ح وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَارِثِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، قَالُوا جَمِيعًا: حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ فِي حَدِيثِ غُنْدَرٍ، وَوَهْبٍ: نُهِيَ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى، بِمِثْلِ حَدِيثِ مُعَاذٍ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ.

Shubah narrated with this chain (a hadith similar to no. 3816) that according to the Hadith of Ghundar and Wahb, "it was forbidden;" and according to the Hadith of Abdus-Samad; "The Messenger of Allah ﷺ forbade..." a Hadith like that of Mua'dh from Shobah.
