Chapter 4 · The Book of Menstruationوَحَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْأَيْلِيُّ، وَأَحْمَدُ بْنُ عِيسَى، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَخْرَمَةُ بْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ أَبِي طَالِبٍ: أَرْسَلْنَا الْمِقْدَادَ بْنَ الْأَسْوَدِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسَأَلَهُ عَنِ الْمَذْيِ يَخْرُجُ مِنَ الْإِنْسَانِ كَيْفَ يَفْعَلُ بِهِ؟ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَوَضَّأْ وَانْضَحْ فَرْجَكَ.

We sent al-Miqdad bin al-Aswad رضی اللہ عنہ to the Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) to ask him what must be done about prostatic fluid which flows from (the private part of) a person. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: Perform ablution and wash your sexual organ.
