Chapter 1 · Introductionوحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الدَّارِمِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا نُعَيْمٍ، وَذَكَرَ الْمُعَلَّى بْنَ عُرْفَانَ، فَقَالَ: قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو وَائِلٍ، قَالَ: خَرَجَ عَلَيْنَا ابْنُ مَسْعُودٍ بِصِفِّينَ فَقَالَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ: «أَتُرَاهُ بُعِثَ بَعْدَ الْمَوْتِ؟»
