Chapter 11 · The Book on Jana`iz (Funerals)حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنْ خُلَيْدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمِسْكِ، فَقَالَ: هُوَ أَطْيَبُ طِيبِكُمْ . قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ، وَالْعَمَلُ عَلَى هَذَا عِنْدَ بَعْضِ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ، وَهُوَ قَوْلُ: أَحْمَدَ، وَإِسْحَاق، وَقَدْ كَرِهَ بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْعِلْمِ الْمِسْكَ لِلْمَيِّتِ، قَالَ: وَقَدْ رَوَاهُ الْمُسْتَمِرُّ بْنُ الرَّيَّانِ أَيْضًا، عَنْ أَبِي نَضْرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ عَلِيٌّ: قَالَ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ: الْمُسْتَمِرُّ بْنُ الرَّيَّانِ ثِقَةٌ، قَالَ يَحْيَى: خُلَيْدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ثِقَةٌ.
