Kapitel 30 · The Book of Oaths, Muharibin, Qasas (Retaliation), and Diyat (Blood Money)وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ، وَعِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَفِي حَدِيثِ جَرِيرٍ، وَعِيسَى بْنِ يُونُسَ: لِأَنَّهُ سَنَّ الْقَتْلَ، لَمْ يَذْكُرَا أَوَّلَ.

It was from Al-Amash with this chain (a hadith similar as no. 4379). In the Hadith of Jarir and "Eisa bin Younus (sub narrators): "because he killed" and it does not say "the first one".
