فِي الذِّمِّيِّ يُسْلِمُ فِي بَعْضِ السَّنَةِ هَلْ عَلَيْهِ جِزْيَةٌ
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، عَنْ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ قَابُوسَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِ جِزْيَةٌ .
