Chapter 41 · Types of Blood-Wit (Kitab Al-Diyat)مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ أَوْ مَثَّلَ بِهِ أَيُقَادُ مِنْهُ
حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْجَعْدِ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ. ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ، وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ .
