Chapter 17 · Eclipsesقَوْلِ الإِمَامِ فِي خُطْبَةِ الْكُسُوفِ أَمَّا بَعْدُ
وَقَالَ أَبُو أُسَامَةَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَتْنِي فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتُ الْمُنْذِرِ، عَنْ أَسْمَاءَ، قَالَتْ فَانْصَرَفَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم وَقَدْ تَجَلَّتِ الشَّمْسُ فَخَطَبَ، فَحَمِدَ اللَّهَ بِمَا هُوَ أَهْلُهُ ثُمَّ قَالَ " أَمَّا بَعْدُ ".

The saying of Amma ba'du during the Khutba of the eclipse
When "Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) finished the eclipse prayer and by then the sun (eclipse) had cleared. Then he delivered the Khutba (religious talk) and praised Allah as He deserved and then said Amma ba'du." When Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) got free , the sun had become bright. So, he delivered the sermon, praised Allah as He deserves, then said: To proceed!

Asma' berichtete, sie sagte: Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) wandte sich ab, während die Sonne bereits klar erschienen war. Daraufhin hielt er eine Ansprache (Khutba) und lobpreiste Allah so, wie es Ihm gebührt. Dann sprach er: „Amma ba’du (Und nun zum Eigentlichen).“

Esma (radiyallahu anha) şöyle dedi: Allah’ın Elçisi (ﷺ) ayrıldığında güneş (tutulması) geçmiş ve aydınlanmıştı. Hemen ardından bir hutbe verdi; Allah’a, O’nun layık olduğu şekilde hamd etti ve sonra şöyle buyurdu: "Amma ba’du (Bundan sonraki konuya gelince!)."
