Chapter 22 · Actions while Prayingبَسْطِ الثَّوْبِ فِي الصَّلاَةِ لِلسُّجُودِ
حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرٌ، حَدَّثَنَا غَالِبٌ، عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قَالَ كُنَّا نُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي شِدَّةِ الْحَرِّ، فَإِذَا لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَحَدُنَا أَنْ يُمَكِّنَ وَجْهَهُ مِنَ الأَرْضِ بَسَطَ ثَوْبَهُ فَسَجَدَ عَلَيْهِ.

Spreading the clothes over the site of prostration
We used to pray with the Prophet (ﷺ) in scorching heat, and if someone of us could not put his face on the earth (because of the heat) then he would spread his clothes and prostrate over them.

Anas ibn Malik, möge Allah mit ihm zufrieden sein, berichtete: „Wir pflegten mit dem Propheten (ﷺ) bei großer Hitze zu beten. Wenn einer von uns nicht in der Lage war, sein Gesicht fest auf die Erde zu legen, breitete er sein Gewand aus und vollzog darauf die Niederwerfung (Sujud).“

Enes ibn Malik (r.a.) şöyle dedi: “Bizler şiddetli sıcaklarda Nebi (ﷺ) ile birlikte namaz kılardık. Eğer birimiz yüzünü yere tam olarak koyamayacak durumda olursa, elbisesini serer ve onun üzerine secde ederdi.”
