Chapter 24 · Funerals (Al-Janaa'iz)حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، وَأَيُّوبَ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهم ـ قَالَ كَانَ رَجُلٌ وَاقِفٌ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِعَرَفَةَ فَوَقَعَ عَنْ رَاحِلَتِهِ ـ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ فَوَقَصَتْهُ، وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو فَأَقْصَعَتْهُ ـ فَمَاتَ فَقَالَ " اغْسِلُوهُ بِمَاءٍ وَسِدْرٍ، وَكَفِّنُوهُ فِي ثَوْبَيْنِ، وَلاَ تُحَنِّطُوهُ وَلاَ تُخَمِّرُوا رَأْسَهُ، فَإِنَّهُ يُبْعَثُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ـ قَالَ أَيُّوبُ يُلَبِّي، وَقَالَ عَمْرٌو ـ مُلَبِّيًا ".

A man fell from his Mount and died while he was with the Prophet (ﷺ) at `Arafat. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Wash him with water and Sidr and shroud him in two pieces of cloth and neither perfume him nor cover his head, for he will be resurrected on the Day of Resurrection saying, 'Labbaik'."Ayyub said (i.e.) saying Talbiyyah (will go together) and Amr quoted the word «Milbiyya» (after «Milbiy» in his tradition). (i.e. speaking back).

Ibn Abbas (radiyallahu anhuma) berichtete: Ein Mann stand mit dem Propheten (ﷺ) in Arafat, als er von seinem Reittier fiel – Ayyub sagte: ‘es brach ihm das Genick’ (fa-waqasathu), und Amr sagte: ‘es warf ihn ab’ (fa-aqsa‘athu) – und starb. Da sagte der Prophet (ﷺ): „Wascht ihn mit Wasser und Sidr (Lotosblättern), hüllt ihn in zwei Gewänder, parfümiert ihn nicht und bedeckt seinen Kopf nicht, denn wahrlich, er wird am Tag der Auferstehung auferweckt werden“ – Ayyub sagte: „während er die Talbiya spricht“, und Amr sagte: „als Talbiya Sprechender (mulabbiyyan).“

İbn Abbas (radiyallahu anhuma) şöyle nakletti: Bir adam, Arafat'ta Peygamber (ﷺ) ile birlikte duruyorken bineğinden düştü – Eyyub: ‘Hayvan onu boynundan kırdı’ (fa-waqasathu) dedi; Amr ise: ‘Hayvan onu fırlattı’ (fa-aqsa‘athu) dedi – vefat etti. Bunun üzerine Peygamber (ﷺ) şöyle buyurdu: “Onu su ve Sidr (Sedir yaprağı/Lotos yaprağı) ile yıkayın, iki parça elbise ile kefenleyin. Onu kokulamayın ve başını örtmeyin, çünkü o, Kıyamet Gününde yeniden diriltilecektir” – Eyyub: “Telbiye getirerek”, Amr ise: “Telbiye getiren olarak (mulabbiyyan)” dedi [yani, Lebbeyk diyerek dirilecektir].
