The sign of the hypocrite

Translation

Abdullah ibn Amr reported: The Prophet ﷺ said, “Four (traits): whoever has them is a pure hypocrite, and whoever has one trait of them has a trait of hypocrisy until he abandons it: when he is entrusted with something, he betrays the trust; when he speaks, he lies; when he makes a covenant, he treacherously breaks it; and when he disputes, he transgresses all bounds.”

Abdullah b. Amr (r.a.)
