Chapter 13 · Fear Prayerصَلاَةِ الْخَوْفِ رِجَالاً وَرُكْبَانًا رَاجِلٌ قَائِمٌ
حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، نَحْوًا مِنْ قَوْلِ مُجَاهِدٍ إِذَا اخْتَلَطُوا قِيَامًا. وَزَادَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم " وَإِنْ كَانُوا أَكْثَرَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ فَلْيُصَلُّوا قِيَامًا وَرُكْبَانًا ".

The Salat-ul-Khauf while standing or riding
Whenever (Muslims and non-Muslims) stand face to face in battle, the Muslims can pray while standing. Ibn `Umar رضی اللہ عنہما added, "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'If the number of the enemy is greater than the Muslims, they can pray while standing or riding (individually).' "

Ibn Umar (möge Allah mit beiden zufrieden sein) berichtete vom Propheten (ﷺ) – ähnlich der Aussage Mujahids, dass, wenn [die Kämpfer] im Gefecht vermischt sind, sie stehend beten sollen. Ibn Umar fügte vom Propheten (ﷺ) hinzu: „Und wenn ihre Zahl [die der Feinde] größer ist als diese [die der Muslime], sollen sie stehend oder reitend beten.“
