Chapter 14 · The Two Festivals (Eids)حَدَّثَنَا حَامِدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ، أَنَّ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ، ثُمَّ خَطَبَ فَأَمَرَ مَنْ ذَبَحَ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ أَنْ يُعِيدَ ذَبْحَهُ فَقَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، جِيرَانٌ لِي ـ إِمَّا قَالَ بِهِمْ خَصَاصَةٌ، وَإِمَّا قَالَ بِهِمْ فَقْرٌ ـ وَإِنِّي ذَبَحْتُ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ وَعِنْدِي عَنَاقٌ لِي أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ شَاتَىْ لَحْمٍ. فَرَخَّصَ لَهُ فِيهَا.

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) offered the prayer on the day of Nahr and then delivered the Khutba and ordered that whoever had slaughtered his sacrifice before the prayer should repeat it, that is, should slaughter another sacrifice. Then a person from the Ansar stood up and said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! because of my neighbors (he described them as being very needy or poor) I slaughtered before the prayer. I have a young she-goat which, in my opinion, is better than two sheep." The Prophet (ﷺ) gave him the permission for slaughtering it as a sacrifice.

Anas ibn Malik berichtete: Der Gesandte Allahs (ﷺ) verrichtete das Gebet am Tag des Schlachtens (Yawm an-Nahr) und hielt danach die Predigt (Khutba). Er befahl denjenigen, die vor dem Gebet geschlachtet hatten, ihre Schlachtung zu wiederholen. Da stand ein Mann von den Ansar auf und sagte: „O Gesandter Allahs, meine Nachbarn – er sagte entweder, sie seien in äußerster Not (*khasasah*), oder er sagte, sie seien arm (*faqr*) – und ich habe bereits vor dem Gebet geschlachtet. Ich besitze eine junge Ziege, die mir wertvoller ist als zwei Fleichschaafe.“ Da erteilte Er ihm dafür die spezielle Erlaubnis (Rukhsah).

Enes İbn Malik şöyle dedi: Allah Resûlü (s.a.v.) Kurban Bayramı günü namaz kıldı, sonra hutbe okudu ve namazdan önce kurban kesenlere kurbanlarını yeniden kesmelerini emretti. Bunun üzerine Ensardan bir adam kalkıp şöyle dedi: “Ey Allah’ın Resûlü, benim komşularım var – ya ‘onlar ihtiyaç içindedir’ dedi ya da ‘onlar fakirdir’ dedi – ben de namazdan önce kurbanımı kestim. Bende, iki etlik koyundan daha değerli saydığım bir genç dişi keçi (oğlak) var.” Bunun üzerine Allah Resûlü ona bu konuda özel ruhsat (izin) verdi.
