Chapter 3 · The Book of Purificationحَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ بْنُ فَرُّوخَ، وَأَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ، قَالَ أَبُو كَامِلٍ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي بِشْرٍ، عَنْ يُوسُفَ بْنِ مَاهَكَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو، قَالَ: تَخَلَّفَ عَنَّا النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي سَفَرٍ سَافَرْنَاهُ فَأَدْرَكَنَا وَقَدْ حَضَرَتْ صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ فَجَعَلْنَا نَمْسَحُ عَلَى أَرْجُلِنَا فَنَادَى: «وَيْلٌ لِلْأَعْقَابِ مِنَ النَّارِ».

The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) lagged behind us on a journey. We travelled (back) and be took him; and then came the time of the afternoon prayer, and as we were going to wipe our feet he (the Holy Prophet) called out: Woe to the heels because of Hell-fire.

Abdullah ibn Amr berichtete: Der Prophet (ﷺ) blieb auf einer Reise, die wir unternahmen, hinter uns zurück. Als Er uns einholte, war die Zeit des Asr-Gebets bereits eingetreten. Wir begannen, [nur] über unsere Füße zu streichen. Da rief Er (ﷺ): "Wehe den Fersen wegen des Feuers!"

Abdullah ibn Amr anlattı: Bizimle birlikte çıktığımız bir seferde, Nebi (ﷺ) bizden geride kalmıştı. O bize yetiştiğinde ikindi namazının vakti girmişti. Biz de ayaklarımızın üzerine mesh etmeye başladık. Bunun üzerine (Nebî) şöyle seslendi: "Ateşten dolayı topukların vay haline!"
