Bölüm 27 · Drinks (Kitab Al-Ashribah)حَدَّثَنَا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيل، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ: الْخَمْرُ مِنْ هَاتَيْنِ الشَّجَرَتَيْنِ: النَّخْلَةِ، وَالْعِنَبَةِ ، قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: اسْمُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ الْغُبَرِيِّ يَزِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غُفَيْلَةَ السَّحْمِيِّ، وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ: أُذَيْنَةُ، وَالصَّوَابُ: غُفَيْلَةُ.

The Allah Apostle صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم as saying: Wine comes from these two trees, the date-palm and the grapes-vine. Abu Dawud said: The name of Abu KAthir al-Ubari is Yazid bin Abdur-Rahman bin Ghufailat al-Sahmi. Some said: Uzainah. What is correct is Ghufailah.
