Bölüm 34 · Clothing (Kitab Al-Libas)حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي يَحْيَى، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ أَنَّهُ، رَأَى ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ يَأْتَزِرُ، فَيَضَعُ حَاشِيَةَ إِزَارِهِ مِنْ مُقَدَّمِهِ عَلَى ظَهْرِ قَدَمَيْهِ وَيَرْفَعُ مِنْ مُؤَخَّرِهِ، قُلْتُ: لِمَ تَأْتَزِرُ هَذِهِ الْإِزْرَةَ ؟ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْتَزِرُهَا .

He saw Ibn Abbas رضی اللہ عنہما putting on lower garment, letting the hem on the top of his foot and raising it behind. He said: Why do you put on the lower garment in this way? He replied: It is how I saw the Messenger of Allah صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم do it.
