Bölüm 14 · İki Bayramحَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ قَالَ خَطَبَنَا النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَوْمَ الأَضْحَى بَعْدَ الصَّلاَةِ فَقَالَ " مَنْ صَلَّى صَلاَتَنَا وَنَسَكَ نُسُكَنَا فَقَدْ أَصَابَ النُّسُكَ، وَمَنْ نَسَكَ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ فَإِنَّهُ قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ، وَلاَ نُسُكَ لَهُ ". فَقَالَ أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ نِيَارٍ خَالُ الْبَرَاءِ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَإِنِّي نَسَكْتُ شَاتِي قَبْلَ الصَّلاَةِ، وَعَرَفْتُ أَنَّ الْيَوْمَ يَوْمُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ، وَأَحْبَبْتُ أَنْ تَكُونَ شَاتِي أَوَّلَ مَا يُذْبَحُ فِي بَيْتِي، فَذَبَحْتُ شَاتِي وَتَغَدَّيْتُ قَبْلَ أَنْ آتِيَ الصَّلاَةَ. قَالَ " شَاتُكَ شَاةُ لَحْمٍ ". قَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، فَإِنَّ عِنْدَنَا عَنَاقًا لَنَا جَذَعَةً هِيَ أَحَبُّ إِلَىَّ مِنْ شَاتَيْنِ، أَفَتَجْزِي عَنِّي قَالَ " نَعَمْ، وَلَنْ تَجْزِيَ عَنْ أَحَدٍ بَعْدَكَ ".

Osman bize anlattı, Cerîr bize anlattı, Mansur’dan, o Şa’bî’den, o da Berâ bin Âzib’den – Allah ikisinden de razı olsun – şöyle dedi: Nebi (s.a.v.), Kurban Bayramı günü namazdan sonra bize hutbe okudu ve şöyle buyurdu: “Kim bizim namazımızı kılar ve bizim gibi kurban keserse, kurbanı doğru yapmış olur. Kim de namazdan önce kurban keserse, bu (kesim) namazdan öncedir ve onun için (geçerli) kurban (Nusuk) yoktur.” Bunun üzerine Berâ’nın dayısı Ebû Bürde bin Niyâr şöyle dedi: “Ey Allah’ın Resulü! Ben koyunumu namazdan önce kestim. Çünkü bu günün yeme ve içme günü olduğunu biliyordum ve koyunumun evimde kesilen ilk hayvan olmasını arzuladım. Böylece koyunumu kestim ve namaza gelmeden önce kahvaltımı (öğle yemeğimi) yaptım.” Nebi (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurdu: “Koyunun, sadece etlik bir koyundur.” Ebû Bürde dedi ki: “Ey Allah’ın Resulü! Bizim yanımızda, iki koyundan daha çok sevdiğim altı aylık bir oğlağımız var. Bu benim için yeterli olur mu?” Nebi (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurdu: “Evet, senin için yeterli olur, ancak senden sonra başkası için yeterli olmaz.”

Uthman berichtete uns, der sagte, Jarir berichtete uns, von Mansur, von As-Sha'bi, von Al-Bara' ibn 'Azib – möge Allah mit beiden zufrieden sein – der sagte: Der Prophet, Allahs Segen und Friede auf ihm, hielt am Tage des Opferfestes (Yaum al-Adha) die Predigt nach dem Gebet und sagte: „Wer unser Gebet gebetet und unser Opfer (Nusuk) verrichtet hat, der hat das Opfer richtig verrichtet. Und wer sein Opfer vor dem Gebet verrichtet hat, so ist es (nur) vor dem Gebet, und es gibt kein (gültiges) Opfer (Nusuk) für ihn.“ Da sagte Abu Burda ibn Niyar, der Onkel von Al-Bara': „O Gesandter Allahs, ich habe mein Schaf bereits vor dem Gebet geschlachtet, denn ich wusste, dass dieser Tag ein Tag des Essens und Trinkens ist, und ich wollte, dass mein Schaf das erste ist, das in meinem Haus geschlachtet wird. So schlachtete ich mein Schaf und aß zu Mittag, bevor ich zum Gebet kam.“ Der Prophet sagte: „Dein Schaf ist nur ein Schaf für Fleisch.“ Er sagte: „O Gesandter Allahs, wir haben eine junge, sechs Monate alte Ziege, die mir lieber ist als zwei Schafe. Genügt sie für mich (als Opfer)?“ Er sagte: „Ja, sie genügt für dich, aber sie wird für niemanden nach dir genügen.“

The Prophet (ﷺ) delivered the Khutba after offering the prayer on the Day of Nahr and said, "Whoever offers the prayer like us and slaughters like us then his Nusuk (sacrifice) will be accepted by Allah. And whoever slaughters his sacrifice before the `Id prayer then he has not done the sacrifice." Abi Burda bin Niyar, the uncle of Al-Bara' said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I have slaughtered my sheep before the `Id prayer and I thought today as a day of eating and drinking (not alcoholic drinks), and I liked that my sheep should be the first to be slaughtered in my house. So slaughtered my sheep and took my food before coming for the prayer." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "The sheep which you have slaughtered is just mutton (not a Nusuk)." He (Abu Burda) said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! I have a young she-goat which is dearer to me than two sheep. Will that be sufficient as a Nusuk on my behalf? "The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Yes, it will be sufficient for you but it will not be sufficient (as a Nusuk) for anyone else after you."
