Bölüm 14 · The Book of Zakatإباحة الهدية للنبي ﷺ ولبني هاشم وبني المطلب، وإن كان المهدي ملكها بطريق الصدقة،وبيان أن الصدقة إذا قبضها المتصدّقُ عليه، زال عنها وصف الصدقة ، وحلت لكل أحد ممن كانت الصدقة محرمة عليه
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ، ح وحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ رُمْحٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، أَنَّ عُبَيْدَ بْنَ السَّبَّاقِ، قَالَ: إِنَّ جُوَيْرِيَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخْبَرَتْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ: «هَلْ مِنْ طَعَامٍ؟» قَالَتْ: لَا، وَاللهِ، يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا عِنْدَنَا طَعَامٌ إِلَّا عَظْمٌ مِنْ شَاةٍ أُعْطِيَتْهُ مَوْلَاتِي مِنَ الصَّدَقَةِ، فَقَالَ: «قَرِّبِيهِ، فَقَدْ بَلَغَتْ مَحِلَّهَا».

Gifts are permissible for the Prophet (saws) and Banu Hashim and Banu Al-Muttalib, even if the giver acquired it by way of charity. When the receipient takes possession of Charity, it is no longer described as charity, and it is permissible for anyone for whom charity is otherwise unlawful
Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) came to her and said: Is there anything to eat? She said: Messenger of Allah, I swear by God, there is no food with us except a bone of goat which my freed maid-servant was given as sadaqa. Upon this he said: Bring that to me, for it (the sadaqa) has reached its destination.
