حَدَّثَنَا هَنَّادُ بْنُ السَّرِيِّ، وَزُهَيْرُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، وَعُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، كُلُّهُمْ عَنْ عَبْدَةَ، قَالَ زُهَيْرٌ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَةُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: نُفِسَتْ أَسْمَاءُ بِنْتُ عُمَيْسٍ بِمُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكْرٍ بِالشَّجَرَةِ، فَأَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَبَا بَكْرٍ، «يَأْمُرُهَا أَنْ تَغْتَسِلَ وَتُهِلَّ».

The soundness of Ihram for the woman in Nifas; It is recommended for her to perform Ghusl before entering Ihram, and the same applies to one who is menstruating
Asma' bint `Umais رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہا gave birth to Muhammad bin Abu Bakr رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ near Dhu'l-Hulaifa. The Messenger of Allah ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) commanded Abu Bakr رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ to convey to her that she should take a bath and then enter into the state of Ihram.
