Bölüm 43 · The Book of Greetingsإِذَا قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ عَادَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ
و حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ وَقَالَ قُتَيْبَةُ أَيْضًا حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ كِلَاهُمَا عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا قَامَ أَحَدُكُمْ وَفِي حَدِيثِ أَبِي عَوَانَةَ مَنْ قَامَ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَيْهِ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.

If A Man Gets Up From His Spot Then Comes Back To It, He Has More Right To It
Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) as saying: When anyone amongst you stands up, and in the Hadith Abu 'Awina, the words are: He who stands in his place and (goes away) and then comes back to it, he his the greatest right (to occupy that).
