Bölüm 48 · The Book of the Merits of the Companionsوَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كُرَيْبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، قَالَ: لَمَّا كَانَ يَوْمُ الْخَنْدَقِ كُنْتُ أَنَا وَعُمَرُ بْنُ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، فِي الْأُطُمِ الَّذِي فِيهِ النِّسْوَةُ، يَعْنِي نِسْوَةَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ ابْنِ مُسْهِرٍ، فِي هَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عُرْوَةَ، فِي الْحَدِيثِ، وَلَكِنْ أَدْرَجَ الْقِصَّةَ فِي حَدِيثِ هِشَامٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ.

When it was the Day of the Battle of the Ditch I and 'Umar bin Salama رضی اللہ عنہ were in the fort in which there were women, i.e. the wives of Allah's Apostle ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ); the rest of the hadith is the same.
