Bölüm 48 · The Book of the Merits of the Companionsمِنْ فَضَائِلِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَرَامٍ وَالِدِ جَابِرٍ رضى الله تعالى عنهما
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتٌ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَذَ سَيْفًا يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ فَقَالَ: «مَنْ يَأْخُذُ مِنِّي هَذَا؟» فَبَسَطُوا أَيْدِيَهُمْ، كُلُّ إِنْسَانٍ مِنْهُمْ يَقُولُ: أَنَا، أَنَا، قَالَ: «فَمَنْ يَأْخُذُهُ بِحَقِّهِ؟» قَالَ فَأَحْجَمَ الْقَوْمُ. فَقَالَ سِمَاكُ بْنُ خَرَشَةَ أَبُو دُجَانَةَ: أَنَا آخُذُهُ بِحَقِّهِ. قَالَ: فَأَخَذَهُ فَفَلَقَ بِهِ هَامَ الْمُشْرِكِينَ.

Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) took hold of his sword on the Day of Uhud and said: Who would take it from me? All the persons stretched their hands saying: I would do it, I would do it. He (Allah's Apostle) said: Who would take it in order to fulfil its rights? Then the people withdrew their hands. Simak bin Kharasha Abu Dujana رضی اللہ عنہ said: I am here to take it and fulfil its rights. He took it and struck the heads of the polytheists.
