Bölüm 4 · The Book of Menstruationوَحَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ شَقِيقٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو مُوسَى، لِعَبْدِ اللهِ: وَسَاقَ الْحَدِيثَ بِقِصَّتِهِ نَحْوَ حَدِيثِ أَبِي مُعَاوِيَةَ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ: فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّمَا كَانَ يَكْفِيكَ أَنْ تَقُولَ هَكَذَا» وَضَرَبَ بِيَدَيْهِ إِلَى الْأَرْضِ فَنَفَضَ يَدَيْهِ فَمَسَحَ وَجْهَهُ وَكَفَّيْهِ.

"Abu Musa رضی اللہ عنہ said to 'Abdullah...." and he quoted a hadith similar to that of Abu Muaviyah, except that he said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: ' It would have been sufficient for you to do like this,' and he struck his hands on the ground, then he shook off the dust and wiped his face and hands."
