Bölüm 38 · Chapter on the description of the Day of Judgement, Ar-Riqaq, and Al-Wara`حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَفْصٍ عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ عَبَّاسٍ الْجُرَيْرِيِّ، قَال: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيَّ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّهُ أَصَابَهُمْ جُوعٌ فَأَعْطَاهُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَمْرَةً تَمْرَةً ، قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى: هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.

Abu 'Uthman An-Nahdi narrated: from Abu Hurairah that they (the Companions) were suffering from hunger so the Messenger of Allah (s.a.w) gave them each a date.
