Chapter 24 · Funerals (Al-Janaa'iz)مَتَى يَقْعُدُ إِذَا قَامَ لِلْجَنَازَةِ
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ " إِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ جَنَازَةً فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ مَاشِيًا مَعَهَا فَلْيَقُمْ حَتَّى يُخَلِّفَهَا، أَوْ تُخَلِّفَهُ أَوْ تُوضَعَ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ تُخَلِّفَهُ ".

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "If any one of you see a funeral procession and he is not going along with it, then he should stand and remain standing till he gets behind it, or it leaves him behind, or the coffin is put down before it goes ahead of him . "

Amir ibn Rabi'ah (Allahs Wohlgefallen auf ihm) berichtete, dass der Prophet (ﷺ) sprach: „Wenn jemand von euch einen Trauerzug (Janāzah) sieht und er nicht mit ihm mitgeht, dann soll er stehen bleiben, bis er ihn hinter sich lässt, oder der Zug ihn hinter sich lässt, oder bis [die Bahre] abgesetzt wird, bevor er ihn hinter sich lässt.“

Âmir İbn Rabia'dan (Allah ondan razı olsun) rivayet edildiğine göre, Peygamber (ﷺ) şöyle buyurmuştur: “Sizden biri bir cenaze [alayını] görür ve ona eşlik etmiyorsa, o zaman ayağa kalksın ve onu geride bırakana kadar, yahut cenaze onu geride bırakana kadar, yahut cenaze kendisini geride bırakmadan önce yere konulana kadar beklesin.”
