Chapter 6 · Menstrual Periods
A woman who menstruates after the Ifadah

Translation
Ibn Abbas reported: The menstruating woman was permitted to depart if she gets her menses. And Ibn Umar used to say at first, “She does not depart.” Then I heard him say, “She departs; the Messenger of Allah ﷺ permitted them (to do so).”
Translator’s note: This refers to leaving Makkah after the Hajj without the farewell circumambulation. The second part is narrated by Tawus, the student of Ibn Abbas; “I” is Tawus.
Other translations
Deutsch
İbn Abbâs (r.a.) şöyle rivayet etti: Hayızlı kadının, hayız olduğunda ayrılmasına ruhsat verildi. İbn Ömer (r.a.) başlangıçta “O ayrılmaz” derdi. Sonra onu şöyle derken işittim: “Ayrılır; çünkü Resûlullah ﷺ onlara ruhsat verdi.”
Translator’s note: Hacdan sonra vedâ tavafı yapmadan Mekke'den ayrılmak kastedilmektedir. İkinci kısmı İbn Abbâs'ın talebesi Tâvûs anlatmaktadır; “ben” Tâvûs'tur.
